A Summer Update

Hello my three readers! 
In case anyone was wondering why I've removed some of my art, it's because I'm creating a new deviant art account...this one was never meant to be anything more than something fun, but I'd like to get a bit more serious now and start developing my portfolio...thanks for understanding! And feel free to check it out when I've got it up and running!

A Winter Update

Hello to the three, maybe four people who read this...hehehe. There's been some major personal family crud I've had to deal with lately...I won't go into super-detail about it all, but one of my beloved huskies has passed on to the next life and my mother has given herself hypertension and a mini-stroke on top of that; she was walking around with a BP that would have killed most people DEAD. Thank goodness that otherwise she's in really good health, so she's going to be able to bounce back, but she'll be on BP meds for a while...poor Mom.
I've been super-behind on my arts lately, but been doing pretty well in school. I'm still unemployed after a year and a half and it BLOWS. Seriously, for my birthday, all I want is employment. My wish list is getting freakishly long and I must do something about this.
My roomy and I are going to see Lewis Black in West Palm Beach on New Year's Eve...GUUUUUUUH. I love that man. If I weren't married, SERIOUSLY...he is the best ever. So funny! I'm very excited...I hope he does a meet and greet after his show...I want a LB New Year's smooch...
OH! Yesterday was so amazing...I went to the beach wedding of my roommate's friends Jen and Takamasa! Taka is from Japan (obviously) and he and Jen and just so darn cute together! Their wedding was SO beautiful...the color theme was purple too...but I didn't know this until I arrived...I felt like an ass because I wore a purple top, purple scarf and was carrying a purple bag as well...hope that isn't a faux pas...but it was lovely! Very glamorous but very intimate...there were Japanese sweets as guest gifts as well! I snoshed mine as soon as I got in the car to go home...best noms ever. Congrats to Taka and Jen!
So the year's almost done! My hubby is coming to see me very soonly, hopefully before my birthday on the 6th! I hope we can still do our road trip...it's either going to be Tennessee, KSC, Disney, or the Grand Canyon....ahh, I am so lucky 'n shit.

2. She lives in an old dojo in Tokyo with three other boys, who are a few years older than her and they are her friends. (They are all martial arts students who use the dojo as a dorm).
